Service
Doorstep trash collection,
executed nightly.
The service is designed around a single, consistent resident experience: tie the bag, set it at your door, and it’s gone before you go to bed. Everything else is structured to make that consistency possible.
What’s included
The standard package.
- 01
Four to five nights per week
The schedule is set per property based on its trash-day cadence and resident traffic. Sunday through Thursday is standard; custom schedules available.
- 02
7:00–9:00 PM service window
Residents set bags out by 6:00 PM. Crews collect between 7:00 and 9:00 PM. Bags set out after 6:00 PM are not guaranteed same-night pickup.
- 03
Direct transport to onsite dumpsters
Bags do not stage in breezeways or stairwells. They go from the resident’s door to the property’s compactor or dumpster, the same night.
- 04
Courtesy reminders for non-compliance
When a bag is loose, overweight, or set out outside the window, the resident gets a courtesy door note. Not a fine, not a complaint to your office.
- 05
Resident-facing service rules and onboarding materials
25 lb bag limit. Tied bags only. No loose trash. Redstone provides resident communication materials during onboarding. You distribute through your normal channels.

Operational standards
How a route runs, end to end.
Trash valet looks simple from the curb. The reason it works on some properties and fails on others is operational discipline — staffing, equipment, accountability, and consistency every night.
Uniformed personnel
Branded uniforms with reflective safety gear. Crews are visibly identifiable on the property after dark. A service standard residents read as professional, not anonymous.
Direct ownership oversight
When something comes up on the property, you reach the owner directly — not a ticketing system, not a callback queue.
Property-specific structuring
Routes, cadence, and crew sizing are set against the property’s actual layout, unit count, and dumpster placement. Not a one-size-fits-all template.
Fully insured
Redstone Valet carries full liability and workers’ compensation coverage. Certificate of insurance available on request and included in the onboarding package.
The process
From inquiry to first night of service.
- 01
Inquiry
Send the property name, unit count, and a contact. We walk the property and come back with a written proposal.
- 02
Property onboarding
Equipment, staffing, and route planning are prepared for the specific property. Resident communication materials are provided alongside route setup.
- 03
Service launch
Nightly collection begins within two to three weeks of contract execution. Route planning, staffing, and equipment are handled on our end — your team distributes the resident communication materials through normal channels.
Service area
The greater Huntsville area.
Coverage today spans Huntsville and Madison. If your community is at the edge of the area or nearby, reach out — we’ll let you know whether we can serve it now or after a planned route extension.
